CQC@ELFT Programme is Restarting

The QA team is resuming rotating the internal CQC programme around the Trust. Although external site visit CQC inspections were paused nationally due to COVID, ensuring services continue to provide quality care remains a high priority within ELFT.  

In light of COIVD-19, we have adapted the process, so it is now virtual. Participating teams will be asked to undertake a self-assessment as usual, but any teams nominated to complete mock inspections with their peers will be supported to undertake this virtually. 

Addictions, CAMHS, IAPT, SCYPS, Biggleswade CMHT and Ampthill CMHT services are the first to be involved in this new process. We would like to thank the services for participating in this new process and their commitment to provide the highest quality of care
