Service User-led Accreditation Now Open!
Registrations for the ‘Virtual’ Service User-Led Accreditation are now open!
The deadline to sign up is 31st July 2020
The QA team is inviting you and your team to register to take part in the Virtual Service User-Led Accreditation (available to ELFT services only). Taking part in the programme will allow your team to self-assess against 24 standards that are most important to our Service Users.
In light of COIVD-19, we have adapted the process, so it is now completely virtual. Participating teams will be asked to undertake a self-assessment as usual. They will then host a virtual visit from trained service users to undertake their assessment via video call.
If you want to take part, simply fill in this brief online registration form by the latest 31st July 2020 (please note that a maximum of 12 teams will be able to participate and places will be allocated on first come first served basis).
The benefits of participating in the scheme includes the following:
Find out how well you are delivering on what really matters to service users
Demonstrate your commitment to service user involvement and experience
Get recognition for your good work
If you need any more information or would like to discuss any of this further, simply contact the QA team at elft.qa@nhs.net and we will be happy to help you.
