Collecting Patient Experience during COVID 19 response

In response to feedback from services, the QA team have amended the usual PREM survey to use during COVID-19, adding two questions specific to the experience of care during Covid. 

Additionally, SMS text messaging of patient experience surveys will soon be available to services in  

  •  London Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Services 
  • Luton and Bedfordshire Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Services 
  • Newham Adult Community Health Services 
  • Tower Hamlets Community Health Services
